These apartments are located less than 2km to Western campus and are very convenient to Fanshawe`s Oxford Street and downtown campus locations.

A short bus ride gets you to school quickly. Students are on multiple direct bus routes to all campuses. If you prefer to drive you are 5-10 minutes to both Western and and Fanshawe by car.

All you need for worry free living is minutes away in your neighbourhood. You are walking distance to the grocery store and to Richmond street restaurants, bars and stores.

You also back onto a beautiful park for walking, running and hiking.

RENTAL INFORMATION

RENTING FROM US:

We begin showing available units in mid January for the following school year and rent on a `first come first serve basis`. Because of the high quality and location of these properties, these apartments are in high demand. Contact us early in the year to secure a unit.

The rental period: Leases are for 12 months and start May 1. All tenants sign a lease and their parents or legal guardians sign a guarantor form.
