RENTING FROM US:
We begin showing available units in mid January for the following school year and rent on a `first
come first serve basis`. Because of the high quality and location of these properties, these
apartments are in high demand. Contact us early in the year to secure a unit.
The rental period: Leases are for 12 months and start May 1. All tenants sign a lease and their
parents or legal guardians sign a guarantor form.
